Nick Cannon pays tribute to Mariah Carey on Mother's Day
Nick Cannon is paying tribute to Mariah Carey on Mother's Day, expressing love for his estranged wife with a heartfelt message to the singer, along with with a photo of her with their twins. "Gotta represent for the mother of my children. She is such a wonderful, thoughtful, festive, loving and nurturing soul," Cannon wrote on Instagram. "I will forever be in debt to you for blessing me and the rest of the world with Roc and Roe. A true queen will love you always, Mariah Carey. Happy Mother's Day."
This marks Cannon and Carey's first Mother's Day since they separated last year. As Gossip Cop [...], the "America's Got Talent" host filed for divorce last December, but he and Carey have been increasingly interactive with each other on social media over the last month. When their kids Moroccan and Monroe turned 4 last month on their sixth wedding anniversary, Cannon posted on Instagram "Grateful and forever in debt to Mariah Carey for blessing me and the rest of the world with these 2 angels, Morrocan Scott Cannon and Monroe Cannon on this day 4 years ago. Happy Birthday. I love you all."
Just one day before that, Cannon also plugged Carey's new album, even though some interpreted her single "Infinity" as a diss towards him. Cannon, however, wrote on Instagram, "The queen. No hate.
