Popstar Mariah Carey's been announced as one of the headline acts of a Lancashire festival. The diva's set to perform at Livewire in Blackpool this August. It's after organisers had teased that the "biggest act ever to play" would be heading to the resort.
She will be at the Tower Headlands Arena for the show, which starts at 7.30pm, on Friday 24th August. It'll be Mariah's only UK show on her international tour later this year - whilst she's also playing in Las Vegas as part of her residency at the Colosseum.
Other acts confirmed for the festival are Boyz II Men and Matt Goss - they'll be on stage on the Thursday. And Mariah's not the only diva heading to Lancashire this year. Britney's performing a couple of weeks later in Blackpool too, as she headlines the Blackpool Tower Festival Headland.
