Mariah's misery

Mariah Carey is in crunch talks with Virgin bosses who want to slash her £60million album deal. She signed a record-breaking three-album contract in April but was admitted to hospital following her suicide bid. The first of the three CDs, Glitter, entered the charts at a disappointing No 10 - now Virgin want to hammer out new terms. A source said: "The execs said Mariah could leave the label or renegotiate. They weren't going to pay her all that money, especially after Glitter flopped."

Please, don't believe everything you read. The Sun is a notorious gossip magazine, so most likely this story is not true. Cindi Berger, Mariah's spokeswoman, already denied this story at various occasions.
