Is there beef with Q-Tip and JD?
I heard there was beef with Jermaine DuPri and Q-Tip! As you know, both men are legends, but there may be some friction. Here is the deal. The dude Q-Tip is not only a rapper, but he's an acclaimed producer as well. Well, he just leaked a new song from the Mariah Carey record. The joint is called "Meteorite" and he just released the "Q-Tip Version".
This has lead some to think that there is some beef between the two. Specifically, people have started to say that JD didn't use Q-Tip's version. But, I have news for ya! There is no beef. There are indeed two versions of the song and both of them are Q-Tip's. So, when the album Me. I Am Mariah drops on Tuesday, the version on the album was also produced and co-written by Q-Tip.
