Mariah Carey meets up with Courtney Love for dinner
They've gone through many of their own highs, lows and high-profile controversies in between. So there must have been much to talk about when Mariah Carey, 45, and Courtney Love, 50, met up for dinner at celebrity haunt Craig's in West Hollywood, California, on Sunday.
The veteran singers were joined by their mutual pal, film-maker Brett Ratner, as they settled in for their meal, with Mariah later sharing an Instagram shot of their table-side "shenanigans". Wearing a buttermilk yellow leather jacket, unzipped to below her bosom, she accessorised with an elaborate, floral-themed diamond necklace, while her hair was set in corkscrew curls.
Courtney also wore a black mindress, which she teamed with matching tights and heels. Carrying a patterned scarf and black bag, her frizzy blonde hair rested freely on her shoulders as she strode into the restaurant wearing bright red lipstick.
Two days before the dining excursion, Mariah was spotted at Disneyland, where she renewed her vows with her now estranged husband, Nick Cannon, in 2013. She took three-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan for the day trip and got into the spirit perching some mouse-shaped ears on her head.
Mariah and Nick married on her private island in the Bahamas on April 8, 2008, after just six weeks of dating but Nick confirmed their split in August 2014 after months of speculation. Hero hitmaker Mariah filed for divorce from the Nickelodeon star at the beginning of the year.
The 34-year-old actor is now rumoured to be dating model Jessica White with sources suggesting the pair have been dating for a few months and that she has even met Monroe and Moroccan - indicating the seriousness of the relationship. (Mail Online)
