What more can I give?

ToolTrust Corporation is pleased to announce it has entered into a strategic relationship with the "What More Can I Give" charity record to enlist corporate support for the victims of the September 11th attack on America. The centerpiece of this partnership will be the release of the widely anticipated charity record "What More Can I Give". The song was written and produced by Michael Jackson, the "King of Pop", whose previous humanitarian efforts included the mega successful "We are the World" charity record.

The record features the performances of the most prominent recording artists in the world, including Anastacia, Shawn Stockman and Michael McCary of Boyz II Men, Mariah Carey, Nick Carter of Backstreet Boys, Aaron Carter, Celine Dion, Joy Enriquez, Billy Gilman, Gloria Estefan, Hanson, Michael Jackson, Beyonce Knowles of Destiny's Child, Ricky Martin, Ziggy Marley, Reba McEntire, Brian McKnight, Mya, N'Sync, Tom Petty, Carlos Santana, Jon Secada, Shakira, Thalia, Usher, Luther Vandross and 3LW.

A Spanish version of the song, "Todo Para Ti", has also been recorded. It was produced by KC Porter, who recently won the Latin Grammy for "Producer of the Year". That record also features the top recording artists in Latin music as well as a number of mainstream performers, including Anastacia, Ruben Blades, Mariah Carey, Cristian Castro, Celine Dion, Joy Enriquez, Gloria Estefan, Juan Gabriel, Julio Iglesias, Michael Jackson, Ricky Martin, Luis Miguel, Mya, N'Sync, Laura Pausini, Carlos Santana, Alejandro Sanz, Jon Secada, Shakira, Olga Tanon, Thalia, and Luther Vandross.

The other artists involved in the project spoke glowingly of both the project itself, and its catalyst, Michael Jackson. Luther Vandross noted that "Michael is really genuine in his love for mankind. He wrote this song to both teach us and inspire us to feel each other's pain. I was honored to be included because I know this song will reach its target ... the heart and soul of all." In a similar vein, Reggae and Pop Music star Ziggy Marley commented that "it's a privilege to be asked to do something like this. Obviously, it's for a good cause, and it's an honor to work with Michael." R&B recording sensation Usher added that "It [recording the single] was an honor to be a part of, at Michael Jackson's request. First and foremost, it was a pleasure to work with him. I have always felt that I was blessed to have a blessing to sing and to be able to be a blessing to others."

ToolTrust, a leader in affinity-based marketing and web-based software tools, will be working in tandem with strategic partner Blue Car Partners, LLC, a Manhattan based Venture Consulting firm. ToolTrust and Blue Car Partners will be selling commercial, promotional, merchandising and sponsorship opportunities to all segments of corporate America, in hopes of raising $50 million in relief funds. All of the net proceeds from the relief funds raised plus the millions of dollars that could potentially be raised from the world-wide distribution of the record will be donated to reputable charities committed to helping the victims of the terrorist attacks, especially those organizations who focus on helping suffering children and low-income families.

"We are honored that our company is a partner in this humanitarian undertaking," said Mr. Robert Gordon, ToolTrust chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "Obviously, it is every American's duty to do anything possible to help our nation recover from the atrocities of September 11th. All of the stars on the charity record are taking their roles as entertainers, and as Americans, very seriously. We plan to live up to our end of the bargain.

While parameters of the sponsorship opportunities are still being defined, the basic plan is to use the record "What More Can I Give", the song's video, and the "making of" special, to offer sponsors a financially and philanthropically compelling reason to help in the disaster relief effort. "Charitable contributions are sometimes multi-faceted," said Granger Whitelaw, Blue Car Partner's Managing Director. "We all want to do everything possible to help our nation recover, but corporations are also responsible to their shareholders and investors. By offering companies an opportunity to turn a charitable donation into a compelling marketing investment, the What More Can I Give charity record has struck a perfect compromise between philanthropy and economic pragmatism."
