Lambs On Ice
We're pleased to announce details of our third and final fan event of 2003: Lambs On Ice. We're going ice skating and invite you all to join us in a day of seasonal fun that will will celebrate both Christmas and Mariah. It's taking place on Saturday 6th December, so make a note in your calendar.
The event will take place at Alexandra Palace skating rink in North London. None of the mariahcareyuk.com team knows how to skate but we thought it would be so much fun to all get together and try - even if we all end up falling into each other. We've organised it so that Mariah's music will be played over the rink while we're there. We'll be sure to play some tracks from Merry Christmas.
We'll make use of the rink from 2:00pm to 4:30pm and then from 5:00pm we have a private room overlooking the rink booked and that's where we'll be having our own little Mariah party. There will be food, music and exclusive prizes. The meeting time will be between 1:30pm and 1:45pm because everyone who walks in with the mariahcareyuk.com team is eligible for the group discount entrance fee of £3. We will meet you at the East side entrance of the Alexandra Palace building.
We're going to document the day for Mariah so we'll encourage all of you to come along dressed in groovy winter gear so we all look the part in the photos. There is a prize for the best dressed fan. You can dress in a Mariah style or funky winter wear - whoever's dressed to impress the camera the most will win a cool prize. The party after the skating part of the afternoon will include a competition where there will be chances to win more prizes, including special limited edition promotional merchandise for "The Remixes".
