Worst moments from Oscar history
Here's an Oscar moment so bad that it's good. Divas Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston performed the 1998 Oscar-winning song "When You Believe" from "The Prince of Egypt". Both ladies never use 1 note when 1,232,929 will do instead and as they blatantly attempted to out-sing each other, the sentimental song became funnier and funnier.
If Mariah trilled "Ooh-ooh-ooh!", Whitney would shriek back, "Whoa-whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh!" and then Carey would answer "Yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah!" On and on and on it went until there was a very real fear that the bloomin' song would last longer than the ceremony itself. (MSN Entertainment)
