DJ Clue makes debut on NYC's Power 105

After years on New York's Hot 97, DJ Clue is slated to debut on rival radio station Power 105. Clear Channel Radio, Power 105.1's parent company, announced that Clue would be taking over Cherry Martinez's slot, back in April. Clue's new gig, weeknights from 6-10 p.m., will put him head to head against Hot's franchise personality, Funkmaster Flex.

"It's all good. A little healthy competition never hurt nobody, so it's like... I'm just looking forward to doing bigger, better things and mastering the game," Clue told SOHH.com exclusively. "I gotta work hard, that's all."

In related news, Clue is hard at work on his third LP for Roc-A-Fella Records, The Professional Part III. The CD features guest appearances by Mariah Carey, The Game, Fabolous, Pharrell Williams, Snoop Dogg, Nas, M.O.P, Mobb Deep, Jagged Edge, Mario Winans, Beanie Sigel, Styles P and Jadakiss, among many others.

DJ Clue's The Professional Part III is slated to hit stores in September.
